At CrePal.ai (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), We respect Your right to control Your Personal Data. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA, You may request deletion of Personal Data associated with Your Account.

This Data Deletion Policy explains what data We may hold, how to submit a deletion request, what We delete, what We may retain when required by law, and how We will communicate with You during the process.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of Your Personal Data, email Us at [email protected] from the email address linked to Your Account.

Please include:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request – [Your Account Email]
  • The email address registered to Your CrePal Account
  • A clear statement that You want Your Account and associated Personal Data deleted

Dear CrePal Support Team,

I request deletion of my CrePal Account and the Personal Data associated with it.

Account Email: [Your registered email address]
Request Type: Full Account and Data Deletion

I understand this action is permanent and that my projects and content will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Please confirm receipt of this request and notify me when deletion is complete.

Deletion Process Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: We aim to confirm receipt within 3 business days.
  • Identity verification: We may contact You to verify Your identity before processing the request, to prevent unauthorized deletions.
  • Processing: After verification, We process deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.
  • Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

After a verified deletion request is processed, We remove or anonymize:

  • Your Account profile and login credentials
  • Projects and creative content associated with Your Account
  • Usage history and preferences tied to Your Account
  • Associated files stored on Our systems for Your Account

Important: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Download any content You wish to keep before submitting a request.

Data We May Retain

In limited circumstances, We may retain certain information after a deletion request:

  • Legal and tax compliance: transaction or billing records required for tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
  • Fraud prevention and security: limited records needed to prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
  • Legal proceedings: data We must keep to comply with legal process, government requests, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Any retained data is kept securely and used only for the purposes above.
