For a billing question or a charge you do not recognize, use Get support on this page. Subscription and credit payments are processed by Stripe. Verified billing errors reported within 14 days are refunded.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, access continues through the end of that period. Unused credit packs are non-refundable after delivery, except where the law requires otherwise. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Image and video creation requests are reviewed before a task is created. Requests that do not pass are not submitted and are not charged. Content or accounts that violate the Terms may be restricted, including content removal and account suspension.
