Introduction

Welcome to CrePal.ai, an AI-powered video generator platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using our website at https://CrePal.ai/ (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Site and the Service provided by SIGNOO PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Service.

Eligibility

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account, whether authorized or not. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use and activities of your account.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

CrePal.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for applicable purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the Service to generate or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use any automated system, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Site or the Service.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

App-Specific Permissions and Updates

By installing the App, you agree that:

  • CrePal.ai may, from time to time, provide automatic updates, bug fixes, and patches to the App without prior notice.
  • You may be asked to grant certain device permissions (e.g., camera, microphone, push notifications). Granting these permissions indicates your consent to allow CrePal.ai to use those device features in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these Terms. If you do not wish to grant such permissions, you must adjust your device settings or discontinue use of those particular features.

User Content

Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content, including videos, text, images, or other materials, that you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Service.

License to CrePal.ai

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant CrePal.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, generate, or share any User Content that is misleading, false, illegal, infringes rights, contains malware, explicit material, or is otherwise inappropriate. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Content Public Visibility

If you set your Generated Content to public, you expressly grant SIGNOO PTE. LTD. and affiliated entities (including CrePal.ai and related products) a perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, download, distribute, and create derivative works in connection with the Service and related AI research, promotion, or distribution.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of CrePal.ai Content

All intellectual property rights in the Site, the Service, and any content provided by SIGNOO PTE. LTD. (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by SIGNOO PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You are granted no rights except as expressly stated in these Terms.

User Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to CrePal.ai regarding the Service ("Feedback") will be the exclusive property of SIGNOO PTE. LTD.. You hereby assign all rights in the Feedback to SIGNOO PTE. LTD..

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any CrePal.ai proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Commercial Use of Generated Content

License to You

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription status (where applicable), SIGNOO PTE. LTD. grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display content you generate through the Service ("Generated Content") for personal and commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, social media, and client work.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • AI-generated outputs may unintentionally resemble existing copyrighted works or trademarks. You must review outputs before commercial use and obtain any necessary third-party permissions.
  • You may not represent Generated Content as being created entirely without AI assistance where disclosure is required by law or platform policies.
  • Using third-party materials (images, videos, music, likenesses) as inputs does not grant you rights to those materials beyond what you already hold.

Free vs. Paid Plans

Paid subscribers may export Generated Content without watermarks and may use such content commercially as described above. Free-tier outputs may include watermarks or usage restrictions shown at the time of export; commercial redistribution of watermarked outputs is not permitted.

No Exclusivity

Because AI models produce non-unique outputs, we do not guarantee that Generated Content is exclusive to you. Similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users.

Payment and Subscription

  • Fees: Certain features may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees. SIGNOO PTE. LTD. reserves the right to adjust fees and billing methods at any time.
  • Billing: Payments may be processed via third-party processors (such as Stripe). You authorize CrePal.ai and processors to charge your method of payment.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date through your account settings or billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within that period.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with CrePal.ai. The following refund principles apply:

  • Subscription fees: All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Credit packs and one-time purchases: Unused credit purchases are non-refundable after delivery, except where required by applicable law.
  • Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error or were double-charged, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be refunded.
  • Service failures: If a paid generation or export fails due to a fault on our side and credits were consumed, contact support for credit restoration or a discretionary refund.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including applicable cooling-off periods).

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after reasonable notice.

Termination

By You: You may terminate your account anytime.

By CrePal.ai: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. SIGNOO PTE. LTD. disclaims all implied warranties. SIGNOO PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIGNOO PTE. LTD. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications

SIGNOO PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site or sent through the Service. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.
  • Severability: Invalid provisions will not affect remaining Terms.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
  • Assignment: You may not assign rights without prior consent. SIGNOO PTE. LTD. may assign freely.
